VIETNAM ACADEMY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY INSTITUTE OF GEOGRAPHY
On the occasion of the 30th anniversary (1993-2023) of the establishment of the Institute of Geography, Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology is going to organize an International Scientific Conference with the theme: "30 years of the Institute of Geography: innovation and sustainable development" on November 8th and the 30-year ceremony will be held on 9th November 2023.
The conference aims to introduce, exchange, and promote scientific research results, technology, and experiences among domestic and international scientists. The topics of the conference will cover rational use and resource recovery; circular economy development, green growth; disaster prevention and mitigation, and related issues.
At the request of many scientists, there are still many submissions that have not yet been submitted to the system. In order to give scientists more time to submit the papers, the Organizing Committee has extended the submission deadline to the end of July 30, 2023.
The Conference Organizing Committee would like to announce and hope to receive the participation of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals in the field of geography, earth science, and environmental science to submit their abstracts and participate in the conference with the following specific information:
- Expected time and venue of the Conference:
+ Time: 1/2 day, November 8th, 2023.
+ Venue: Institute of Geography, 18 Hoang Quoc Viet Str., Cau Giay Dist., Hanoi
- Some important dates:
+ Abstract (using the template on the website http://www.ig-vast.ac.vn): Before June 15th, 2023
+ Registration and Full papers (using the template on the website http://www.ig-vast.ac.vn): Before September 15th, 2023

- Conference Proceedings: Papers that are peer-reviewed and meet the requirements will be published in the ISBN-indexed Conferences by reputable publisher.
