TUEsday - 30/09/2014 10:22

For the international rivers, water uses must base on the principles of assurance of the sovereignty and profits of the country. In recent years, the exploitation and use of surface water resources in the Se San – Srepok river basin have got very good  results, specially in hydropower and irrigation on the upstream part (Vietnam). These have created good opportunities for social and economical development of Central Highland area.
